The mission of the Spanish Fort Police Department is to enhance the quality of life in our community through community-oriented policing by providing quality personalized service which creates an environment where people can live, learn, work and play safely without fear in Spanish Fort.

The Police Department is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year and is located at the Eastern Shore Centre, 30500 State Highway 181, Suite 618 Spanish Fort, Alabama 36527, across the street from the Premier Movie Theater.
The Administrative Office of the Police Department is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the same location for the following services:
- Accident or Incident Reports. Copies are $5.00 each.
- Fingerprinting. Cards are $5.00 each.
- Close Patrol Request

All Spanish Fort inmates are incarcerated at the City of Daphne's Jail facility, 1502 U.S. Highway 98, Daphne, Alabama, 36526. Please call 251.621.2808 for more information.
