The Spanish Fort City Council will hold public hearings on Monday, April 3, 2023, beginning at 6:00 pm at the Spanish Fort Community Center, 7361 Spanish Fort Boulevard, Spanish Fort, Alabama. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the following:

Classification of Certain Real Property Located at 0 Old Mobile Road, Spanish Fort, Alabama, from R-1 to B-3

Classification of Certain Real Property Located at 10284 US Highway 31, Spanish Fort, Alabama, from R-1 to B-1
