As of December 30, 2019, Waste Pro is the garbage and yard waste collection provider for the City of Spanish Fort. Residential recycling is available for an additional quarterly charge.

RESIDENTIAL COLLECTION
The residential solid waste service includes once-a-week collection. Customer will be provided one 95-gallon cart.
Services are billed quarterly in advance.
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
Waste Pro will provide once-a-week collection of garbage. Collections will be made Monday through Friday. To ensure that your collection is not missed, please place your garbage cart at the curb by 7:00 am on your assigned collection day. At least three feet of clearance should be left between the cart and any other object, such as your mailbox. The lid of the cart should be closed, with no debris outside of the cart.
RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING
Optional Curbside Recycling Service is available for an additional $27.00 per quarter.
Waste Pro will provide recycling service to customers once a week. Customers will be provided one 18-gallon container. To ensure that your collection is not missed, please place your recycling container at the curb by 7:00 am on your assigned collection day.

YARD WASTE COLLECTION
Waste Pro will provide collection of yard trash once a week.
Please do not use your garbage or recycling can for yard waste, as yard waste is collected separately from household garbage.
Place bagged, bundled, or canned yard waste within two feet of the curb away from the street/road. Small yard waste, such as leaves, pine straw, and grass clippings, must be contained in standard garbage containers or plastic or paper bags that do not exceed 32 gallons in size, or weigh more than 50 pounds when full. Cut limbs should not exceed 6 feet in length, 6 inches in diameter or exceed 35 pounds in weight and must be bundled. Bundles shall be securely tied. Bundles may not exceed 3 feet wide, 3 feet high, and 6 feet long.
BULK/APPLIANCES
Waste Pro will provide bulk waste collection service upon request of a current customer who has subscribed for solid waste service. Maximum 2x per year per customer.
Bulk waste collection includes:

The customer must contact Waste Pro to schedule a bulk waste pickup. Building materials and construction/demolition debris will not be collected as a bulk waste pickup. Bulk waste should be placed at the curb by 7:00 am on the scheduled collection day, at least three feet from any other object. If possible, bulk waste should not be placed under tree limbs or wires to allow adequate clearance for the collection equipment.
