PLANNING COMMISSION

The Planning Commission implements the City's Comprehensive Plan by reviewing all zoning, development, and subdivision applications in accordance with the plan, as well as applicable subdivision and zoning regulations. Subdivision Regulations are developed and adopted by the Planning Commission, which has the final vote on all subdivision applications. Zoning is ultimately decided by the City Council; however, the Planning Commission reviews all ordinances, amendments, and zoning applications and forwards a recommendation to the City Council.
