The Spanish Fort City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 19, 2022, beginning at 6:00 pm at the Spanish Fort Community Center, 7361 Spanish Fort Boulevard, Spanish Fort, Alabama. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the following:   Ordinance No. 603-2022-----An Ordinance Granting a Non-Exclusive Franchise to Comcast of Alabama, LLC, for the Purpose of Maintaining Distribution Lines for the Provision of Cable Television within the Public Rights-of-Way within the City of Spanish Fort, Alabama

The public is invited to attend this hearing, and at such time, all persons who desire shall have an opportunity to be heard in opposition to or in favor of the proposed Resolution.
